Alex Panelli - Chief Executive Officer

Alex brings to Trilibis a wealth of sales, marketing and operational experience from the mobile device and software industries. In his role as CEO, Alex focuses on corporate strategy, external communications and customer relationships. Alex joined Trilibis as the company's Vice President of Sales and Marketing and became CEO in 2004. Prior to Trilibis, Panelli worked for 15 years in management roles at Palm, Converge, Hewlett-Packard and Motorola.

Alex holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Tom Paddon - President and Chief Operating Officer

Tom founded Trilibis Mobile in April 2002, and has made his vision of reinventing the way businesses go mobile a reality. Prior to founding Trilibis, Tom spent more than 7 years working in the wireless communications industry, primarily at QUALCOMM. While at QUALCOMM, he held business development and management positions in both the Infrastructure and Handset divisions. Throughout his career, Tom has led many wireless initiatives including, most recently, developing business case analyses and technology strategies for operators around the world utilizing QUALCOMM's CDMA technologies and the BREW platform for wireless data.

Tom holds an MA in Information Systems from the University of Redlands, and a BA in International Business from the University of South Florida.

Tom Burke - Chief Financial Officer

Tom joined Trilibis as CFO in 2006. He brings to the company two decades of experience in technology, finance and strategy. Previously, Tom co-founded and served at various times as CFO, Chairman, VP Business Development, and CEO of Calimetrics, Inc., a venture-backed company providing intellectual property and semiconductor solutions to the optical data storage industry. Calimetrics was acquired by LSI Logic Corp. (NYSE: LSI). Earlier in his career, Tom was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company, where he consulted to clients in the telecommunications and electronics industries, and a product marketing manager at Apple Computer.

Tom holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (with honors) from Yale University.

Meyyappan Alagappan - Chief Technology Officer

As an innovator in mobile connectivity, Meyyappan is responsible for the company's technical strategy and direction. Meyyappan was the Chief Architect of the SmartPath™ Mobile Publishing Solution and was responsible for its development from a concept to a revenue-generating platform. Prior to joining Trilibis, Meyyappan was the founder and CTO of Mobile Solution, a developer of products that facilitate real-time mobile connectivity for carrier and enterprise businesses. Meyyappan also worked for 10 years as a technology and management consultant for Cisco Systems, Fujitsu and Siemens, as well as several technology start-ups including Electron Economy (acquired by Viewlocity) and OnMobile (Mobile subsidiary of Infosys Systems). Meyyappan has been a featured speaker at various conferences, including XTech 2000, San Jose; IC-2001, Las Vegas; and XML Asia-Pacific, Sydney.

Meyyappan holds an MS in Information Technology from the University of Birmingham, England, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (REC), Tiruchirappalli India.

Ted Verani - Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

As Trilibis' Senior Vice President of Business Development, Ted is responsible for strategic account development and alliance management. Prior to joining Trilibis, Ted was Vice President of Business Development at Enpocket, a global mobile media company, where he was responsible for Enpocket's Content & Community Applications and worked with wireless carriers to make these services available to mobile subscribers. Previously, Ted was Director of Business Development at Landmat International, a mobile applications company, where he led sales for the Americas region. Earlier in his career, Ted worked for Vodafone Global Platform, where he was responsible for Content & Applications, and AirTouch Cellular, where he managed SMS products.

Ted holds an MBA in Marketing from the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California, and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis.

Steve Paddon - Vice President of Professional Services

Steve oversees the company's platform licensing and services business. Prior to joining the Trilibis team, Steve held various engineering management and program management roles working for International Paper, CH2M Hill Industrial Design and Construction, and most recently at Akteon Technologies.

Steve holds an MS in Materials Science and a BS in Mechanical Engineering both from Oregon State University.
